Pastel Penguin

I love pastels even though I’ve only just started using them in the last few weeks. They’re fast, colourful, portable, and just create some amazing results. This was the 2nd large piece I created. Picture based on an RSPB feature in a magazine. This is on a brown pastel paper and is now framed in
